As an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and managing listings and handling customer support. You will optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for maximum visibility, expand product presence on other relevant e-commerce platforms, and ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all listings. You will also monitor and update inventory levels on e-commerce platforms and coordinate with the team to ensure product availability.
1+ years of relevant experience as an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant or similar role. Proven Commercehub, and Rhythm experience. Willingness to learn new administrative skills and pivot between customer support and back-office tasks as needed. Familiar with e-commerce trends and marketplace policies. Knowledgeable of inventory management on online platforms. Must have excellent English communication skills. Must be able to complete projects in a timely manner and quickly adjust to changing circumstances. Must be detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and information-processing skills. Must have their own work device and stable internet connection. Must be comfortable with time-tracking software for payroll purposes.
