You have 3+ years of experience building production full-stack applications using modern languages and frameworks. You have experience building and optimizing React-based user interfaces. You have experience designing and operating reliable, scalable backend systems and APIs. You partner closely with product and design to clarify requirements and deliver user-focused solutions. You demonstrate good judgment around code quality, including when and how to test. You are comfortable owning services in production, including deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
