Expertise in leading multi-channel activations for major global partnerships or sponsorships; A demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and influence stakeholders; Experience managing large, multi-market activation budgets and delivering multiple complex projects under tight timelines; Impeccable relationship and communication skills to collaborate with external partners and diverse internal stakeholders; Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills; Robust analytical skills; Excellent problem-solving skills, using data to build and constantly refine activation strategies; Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
