The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing, growth campaigns, and automation workflows for Compute Forecast and its clients. This role requires strong expertise in paid media (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), ownership of campaign budgets and ROI, deep understanding of digital media services, ability to generate inbound leads for the sales team, strong reporting and building dashboard capability (PowerBI), and hands-on experience with AI tools for automation and efficiency.

Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience
Proven experience managing $5,000+ monthly ad budget
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
Experience in inbound lead generation and funnel building
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong understanding of Data Centers, Neo Clouds, AI Infrastructure, Liquid & Immersion Cooling, Sustainability, Power & Energy Grid
