Join Synmatch AI’s client, a global premium provider of measurement and testing systems, as a Data & Analytics Expert - Microsoft Fabric / Power BI. In this role, you will connect business systems, digital product platforms, and operational data into a centralized analytics environment that empowers smarter decisions across the organization. Our client operates at the forefront of electrical safety, e-mobility, medical technology, energy management, and digital services. You will play a key role in transforming complex ERP, CRM, and cloud data into structured, business-friendly insights that support sales, service, product management, finance, and leadership teams. This position combines strong technical expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI with a deep understanding of business processes and data modeling best practices.

5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or analytics engineering. Strong Power BI expertise (DAX, Power Query M, data modeling, dashboard design). Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or similar cloud data platforms. Strong SQL and advanced data modeling capabilities. Experience integrating ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, Salesforce). Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical solutions. Solid understanding of business processes (sales, service, operations, finance). Experience designing semantic layers and business-friendly data structures.
