As a GRC Engineer, you will automate Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes to ensure a secure and resilient organizational environment. You will align technical security controls with regulatory requirements, streamlining evidence collection and maintaining robust audit trails through automation.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement automated compliance workflows to streamline SOC2 and ISO 27001 audit readiness.
• Develop and maintain policy-as-code frameworks to enforce security standards across the infrastructure.
• Automate evidence collection and continuous monitoring processes to ensure real-time visibility into compliance status.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to integrate compliance requirements into automated deployment pipelines.
• Build and manage centralized audit trail systems to provide transparency and ensure data integrity for audits.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of experience in GRC Engineering, Information Security, or Compliance.
• Proven expertise in automating governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• Hands-on experience implementing policy-as-code and automated evidence collection systems.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and ISO 27001.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

4+ years of experience in GRC Engineering, Information Security, or Compliance.
Proven expertise in automating governance, risk, and compliance processes.
Hands-on experience implementing policy-as-code and automated evidence collection systems.
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC2 and ISO 27001.
Advanced proficiency in English.
