Holly delivers natural, human-like conversations across Voice, SMS, and Web to manage everything from scheduling and payments to insurance checks, refills, follow-ups, and no-show recovery. Holly has served more than 92 million patient interactions, and brings more than 9 years of experience.

Our platform’s "operational brain" emulates staff logic and applies 350+ operational rules, with the precision of a seasoned professional. Born out of StartX and founded by entrepreneurs with over 20 years of AI experience, Holly is solving major operational challenges in U.S. healthcare, empowering providers to increase revenue and reduce administrative burden. We are looking for talented professionals eager to learn fast, take ownership, and tackle ambitious goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Business Engineering, or related.

Full English proficiency is mandatory, both spoken and written.

2 years of professional experience in client-related roles (product, sales, customer experience, customer success, KAM, or similar)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and uncover root causes.

Technical curiosity, you’re eager to learn new platforms and work with data to understand product behavior and value.

Clear communicator who can translate between technical teams and end users with ease. Must be comfortable leading meetings, and speaking to US-based customers.

High sense of ownership, reliability, and urgency in driving issues to full resolution.

Competitive Salary: $20,000 – $25,000 MXN (Gross) monthly, based on experience and technical proficiency.
