Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships and academic projects count). Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices. Ability to create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and gathering actionable insights. Ability to translate user needs and solve complex problems into intuitive and engaging experiences. Proficiency with industry-standard design tools like Figma (Preferred). Ability to create clear design specifications and handoff documentation for developers and team members. Understanding of how to work with and contribute to a design system to ensure product consistency is a plus. Familiarity with the capabilities and constraints of HTML/CSS is a plus. Strong communication skills for presenting design ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Openness to feedback and iterative design improvements. Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
