The Director of Communications will lead the global communications strategy for Keyfactor at a pivotal stage of scale. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team and an influential contributor to the company overall. This role is responsible for shaping and amplifying the company’s narrative, building trust with customers and industry stakeholders, and elevating our executives as leading voices in cybersecurity. The position can be performed remotely. Applicants must hold Canadian citizenship or U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent resident status.
8-10+ years of communications experience, with significant experience in hyper-growth cybersecurity or enterprise B2B technology. Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to elevate executive visibility and driving top-tier media coverage. Proven experience at a $100M–$500M revenue technology company understanding market dynamics, buyer personas (CISO/CIO), and regulatory landscape. The ability to interact and influence global C-level executives, analysts, and collaborate with key business partners. Exceptional written, verbal, and executive presentation skills. Data driven mindset to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development. Ability to creatively manage budget and drive results with given resources.
