Nooxit 是一家远程优先的公司，总部位于柏林，此外在科隆地区还有额外空间。我们的多元化团队背景涵盖咨询、创业孵化、自动驾驶、航天技术和认知科学。我们的客户包括国际中型企业及企业客户，涵盖各行业。我们正在寻找一名全栈工程师，希望构建有影响的东西——一个人既擅长设计干净的 API，也能交付 polished 前端功能，且真正关心 AI 背后是否真正有效。我们的产品为企业客户做出关键财务决策，因此准确性不是nice-to-have，而是一切。我们希望有人对可观测性充满热情：如果 AI 提取错误的项目行，误分类交易或信心随时间漂移，你想要知道之前其他人。你将构建系统来测量、展示和改进模型性能——从评估管道和准确性仪表板到实时对预测质量的警报。你将跨栈开发、改进和扩展云原生应用程序，同时确保我们始终有清晰的数据驱动的 AI 性能视图。你将拥有真正的所有权、创意自由，有机会塑造产品和工程文化。任务：设计和构建高度可用、可扩展的云应用；在现有基础设施中开发新功能和微服务；构建 AI 系统的可观测性基础设施——准确性仪表板、性能监控、异常检测和预测质量警报；设计和维护评估管道，持续测量模型在不同文档类型、边缘情况和客户环境中的准确性；定义和跟踪关键性能指标——精度、召回、置信度阈值、漂移指标——并将其转化为工程工作；为服务添加结构化日志、追踪和指标收集，确保对 AI 在生产中的行为有全面可见性；改进和重构现有服务以提高性能、可靠性和可维护性；编写干净、可测试、有文档的代码并参与深入的代码审查；与产品、数据科学和同事紧密合作交付有意义的改进；参与工程实践、工具和架构决策。要求：Python 和 TypeScript 的强 proficiency；熟悉 Docker、Git 和云开发工作流；熟悉 SQL 数据库（PostgreSQL 优先）；有或愿意工作：Pytest、CI/CD 流程、Kubernetes、Terraform、Helm；跨后端和前端工作——你不需要是两者专家，但你好奇并愿意学习；有测试实践经验和质量优先心态；对 AI 准确性和可观测性有真正热情——你关心为什么模型出错，构建仪表板跟踪它，并设置警报防止沉默再次发生；熟悉指标和数据分析——你思考精度、召回、错误率、置信度分布，而不是“似乎有效”；主动、沟通良好、在远程团队中能自主工作；能适应欧洲时间±2小时。加分项：在初创公司或快速发展的环境中经验；有构建评估管道、准确性基准或生产中 ML/AI 系统监控的经验；熟悉可观测性工具和实践（如 Prometheus、Grafana、Datadog、OpenTelemetry、结构化日志、分布式追踪）；熟悉 ML 指标概念——混淆矩阵、F1 分数、校准曲线、数据漂移检测、A/B 测试；有工程和数据科学交汇的经验，帮助将模型质量转化为可衡量的产品成果；对 AI/ML 应用或金融科技感兴趣；有指导其他工程师或帮助塑造工程流程的经验。

任职要求

Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript；Solid experience with Docker, Git, and cloud-based development workflows；Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)；Experience with or willingness to work with: Pytest, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm；Comfort working across backend and frontend — you don't need to be an expert in both, but you're curious and willing to learn；Experience with testing practices and a quality-first mindset；A genuine passion for AI accuracy and observability — you're the kind of person who wants to understand why a model got something wrong, builds a dashboard to track it, and sets up an alert so it doesn't happen silently again；Comfort with metrics and data analysis — you think in terms of precision, recall, error rates, and confidence distributions, not just 'it seems to work'；Proactive, communicative, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote team；Be able to work within 2 hours +/- of the European timezone。
