NLP工程师（远程）

We are hiring an NLP Engineer to build the language intelligence layer of Joveo's platform — the systems that understand job descriptions, resumes, and talent signals at scale. You will work on real-world NLP problems in a domain where language understanding directly impacts millions of hiring decisions.

Strong foundation in NLP techniques — tokenization, embeddings, transformers, and LLMs
Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries (Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK)
Experience fine-tuning pre-trained models (BERT, RoBERTa, or similar)
Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search systems
Understanding of evaluation metrics for NLP tasks (F1, BLEU, ROUGE, etc.)
Experience deploying NLP models to production API endpoints
