That means mastering the system, running it with precision across client accounts, and sharpening it over time with data, instinct, and a fresh perspective. AI is part of how we work — not as a crutch, but as a tool that makes sharp people even sharper. If you’re curious about what’s possible when strategy meets smart technology, you’ll fit right in.

• 2–3 years of experience in strategy, marketing, or a related field
• A systems thinker who gets energized by a proven playbook, not paralyzed without one
• Detail-oriented, consistent, and able to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball
• Basic HubSpot knowledge required (CRM, campaigns, or reporting)
• Excited about AI as an enabler — you don’t fear it, you figure out how to use it well
• Strong communicator who’s comfortable in front of clients
