As a Product Manager, you will Define and own the product roadmap for integration projects, aligning business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility Gather and clarify business requirements together with internal and external stakeholders, translating them into clear technical specifications Lead the development team and coordinate integration projects with partners, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and functionality Drive productization by creating standardized product packages for e.g. ERP / banking connectors and API integrations Manage integrations between 3rd party systems and Nomentia’s SaaS suite Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders across Product, Development, Partners, and Customers Stay up to date on integration trends, business opportunities through partnering, APIs, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to support innovation Continuously evaluate and improve ecosystem processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and scalability

Previous experience in system integrations, preferably within fintech and/or banking Strong understanding of e.g. ERP and banking integration processes, APIs, and major ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) Success in driving product partnerships Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross‑functional teams Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced SaaS environment Fluent English (written and spoken) Other European languages are a plus
