2+ years in Operations or Project Management within e-commerce or DTC; Advanced Notion and/or ClickUp user (required); Actively uses AI tools daily to build systems and automate workflows; Experience managing remote teams across time zones; Hands-on supply chain experience (inventory, 3PL, freight, forecasting); Comfortable reading and interpreting basic financial reports; Experience managing hiring pipelines.

Full-Time, $50,000 - $70,000 per year (based on experience), Remote (must be comfortable working across multiple time zones)
