We're looking for a Manager of Business Operations, Technology to serve as the operational backbone of our Technology organization. In this role, you'll own the planning rhythms, portfolio management practices, and operational reporting that keep a large, multi-business-unit engineering organization running with clarity and accountability.

5–8 years of experience in program management, business operations, technology operations, or portfolio management
2+ years of direct people management experience leading Program Managers or similar roles, with a focus on coaching, development, and performance management
Strong track record of building and running operational planning cadences (quarterly planning, portfolio reviews, executive reporting)
Expertise in portfolio management tools, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable facilitating conversations with senior and executive leadership
Strong process orientation with the ability to design scalable, repeatable systems
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience leveraging AI tools to drive automation, improve efficiency, and scale operational processes
