We are looking for someone ready to become the friendly and competent point of contact for our students. You will be a crucial element in ensuring the satisfaction of our users, providing comprehensive support across all main channels. Your responsibilities will include: Assistance: Actively managing communications via Chat. Resolution and Guidance: Resolving first-level technical issues, answering questions, and providing detailed assistance. Customer Advocacy: Ensuring a smooth and positive user experience in every interaction, transforming challenges into opportunities for loyalty. Service Quality: Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and courtesy in all communications. ⭐ Who We’re Looking For: Versatile Communication: You are comfortable both writing clear, fast, and supportive messages.
