Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics). At least 3 years of experience in a similar data analytics engineering or BI development role. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling tools (such as dbt) and data warehousing concepts. Hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar). Basic programming skills in Python or a similar language for data processing and automation. Proven ability to handle multiple data projects, troubleshoot data issues, and meet deadlines. Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
