Web Growth Developer

Our client is looking for a Web Growth Developer to build and optimize high-performing, lead-generating websites for their clients. This role is ideal for someone skilled in front-end development, technical SEO, and site performance, who takes ownership from build to launch and continuously improves results.

3+ years of experience with WordPress custom builds and modern front-end development. Proficient in page builders (Breakdance, Elementor) and CRO optimization. Solid understanding of technical SEO, site speed, and structured site architecture. Skilled in analytics setup, tracking validation, and integrations. Experience with CRM/automation tool connections and form workflows. Fast, proactive, execution-focused — suggests improvements and owns delivery. Comfortable using AI tools to streamline work and boost productivity.

Fully Remote. 9 am - 5 pm EST. US Federal Holidays. Salary: USD 1400 - USD 1700 (annual, converted to monthly).
