We are hiring an Android Developer to build and maintain Joveo's Android application — delivering a fast, intuitive mobile experience for job seekers and hiring professionals on the world's most-used mobile platform. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop features for Joveo's Android application in Kotlin, implement responsive, accessible UI following Material Design guidelines, integrate mobile features with backend APIs and real-time data services, write unit and instrumented tests to maintain app quality and stability, optimize performance, battery usage, and memory footprint, collaborate with product, design, and backend teams in agile cycles.

Strong proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK, experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store, solid understanding of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture), familiarity with Jetpack components (ViewModel, Room, Navigation, Compose), experience with REST API integration and async data handling (Coroutines, Flow), knowledge of Android testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, Mockito).
