We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own Joveo's paid acquisition strategy across all digital channels. You will manage budget, build campaigns, optimize relentlessly, and report results with precision — making every dollar of marketing spend work harder.

• Strong hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns at scale
• Deep proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads
• Experience with attribution modeling and multi-touch revenue reporting
• Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (GA4, Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar)
• Data-driven decision-making — rigorous about experimentation and measurement
• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing environments preferred
