Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Media)

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager / Paid Media to take full ownership of paid media execution and optimization for a scaling subscription eCommerce business. This role will primarily focus on Meta Ads, with potential expansion into Google and Bing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable stepping into an under-structured account, bringing order, and driving measurable performance improvements.

3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads with at least $10K+ weekly spend. Strong understanding of campaign consolidation (CBO), audience segmentation and exclusions. Experience with Meta Pixel and CAPI setup & debugging. Proven experience running structured creative testing (minimum 3+ new creatives weekly). Strong analytical skills using Excel / Google Sheets. Excellent written English for reporting and cross-team communication.
