We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our cross-functional pods. You will build and deploy state-of-the-art NLP models (like SentenceBERT) and predictive algorithms to optimize job embeddings, occupation classification, and applicant forecasting.

Proven experience in building machine learning models, specifically in NLP and predictive analytics. Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Gensim). Experience with big data frameworks and deploying models into cloud environments. A "can-do" mindset and a passion for solving complex, real-world problems.
