Lead the global Source-to-Pay (S2P) Sourcing Support organization across multiple centers, accountable for delivering end-to-end sourcing execution that translates global category strategy into consistent, cost-efficient, high-quality procurement outcomes. You will own supply-base evaluation, sourcing enablement, contract price governance and system content integrity to ensure timely fulfilment against business priorities while mitigating supply risk.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering, or business management. Extensive experience in procurement, sourcing methodologies, and process optimization. At least 10-15 years in leadership roles, with a proven track record in leading large, complex teams and transformation projects. Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, influencing, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a global and virtual environment. Strategic mindset, financial acumen, and analytical decision-making skills. Strong market understanding and professional network. Digital fluency and working knowledge of AI.
