Fluency in English, 2+ years of experience working with IT systems, networks, and related technologies (macOS, Chrome, Google Workspace, Ticket management via Jira/Atlassian, hardware experience), Endpoint devices management and incident management experience, Vendor management experience (outsourcing), Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security, Exceptional organisational and time management skills, Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, Good interpersonal and communication skills
