create, manage, and optimize content that drives real lead generation outcomes for B2B clients.

strategic, multi-channel position
with ownership over content performance across multiple accounts.

• What You’ll Own
• Create content across blogs, landing pages, emails, ads, and social media
• Manage organic social calendars across multiple client accounts
• Plan monthly content aligned to funnel stages and campaign goals
• Adapt messaging across industries, audiences, and brand voices
• Design supporting visuals (social graphics, infographics, etc.)
• Collaborate with Strategists and Account Managers on campaign execution
• Apply SEO best practices (keywords, structure, search intent)
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining quality
• Manage multiple deadlines across a portfolio of clients
• Analyze performance and continuously improve content

• Strong writing and editing skills across formats and audiences
• Agency experience managing multiple clients
• Understanding of full-funnel content (awareness → conversion)
• Ability to balance creativity with structure and deadlines
• Hands-on design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar)
• Experience using AI tools in content workflows
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset—you think beyond the brief
• Comfort with direct, honest feedback and accountability
