Senior Engineer | AI & Agentic Sandbox

Systems Expertise: At least 5 years of experience as a systems generalist. You should be comfortable working below the API level, navigating the kernel or runtime environments.
Language Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Python or JS/Node.js is essential, particularly regarding monkey patching, import hooking, and dynamic instrumentation.
AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangChain, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks.
Observability: Proficiency with OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or similar tools for managing high-cardinality distributed tracing.
Workflow Efficiency: Proven ability to integrate AI-assisted coding tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, or CoPilot) into a daily workflow to accelerate delivery.
Preferred Experience: Familiarity with protocols like MCP (Model Context Protocol) or A2A. A "hacker mindset," including OWASP expertise and a strong understanding of deserialization, SSRF, and privilege escalation. Experience with container runtimes (OCI, containerd) or a proficiency in Rust. Knowledge of Kubernetes or similar orchestration frameworks.
