Retail Operations & Planning Manager will take ownership of retail demand planning, inventory strategy, and execution across key accounts. This individual will work cross-functionally and externally to align forecasts, improve replenishment processes, and drive strong retail performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
3–5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain, or demand planning
Strong understanding of CPG operations and retail dynamics
Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across teams
Prior experience working with large national retailers is required

$115,000-$130,000 base salary range
