Our client is the parent company of two nationwide advocacy organizations. They help thousands of disabled Americans each year win their Social Security disability insurance (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) disability claims. This is a rare opportunity to build a data function from the ground up with direct executive visibility.

5+ years of applied data science experience. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Python and/or R, with solid SQL and database experience. Ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable business decisions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with legal, operations, and executive teams.
