We are hiring an AI/ML Researcher to advance the frontier of how our models work. The role combines scientific rigor with engineering pragmatism — running experiments, publishing findings, and shaping the research agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and run experiments that advance model capabilities or alignment
• Implement, train, and evaluate novel architectures and methods
• Develop benchmarks and evaluation frameworks
• Document findings clearly through internal write-ups, papers, or presentations
• Collaborate with engineering on transitioning research into production
• Contribute to the broader research roadmap

PhD in CS, ML, or related field, or equivalent industry research experience
Deep expertise in modern deep learning, including transformers and large-scale training
Strong PyTorch (or equivalent) skills
Track record of publications, open-source work, or shipped research projects
Excellent written communication, including paper-quality technical writing
Curiosity and willingness to dig into hard, ambiguous problems
