Onboard AI/ML研究员（远程）

We are hiring an AI/ML Researcher to advance the frontier of how our models work. The role combines scientific rigor with engineering pragmatism — running experiments, publishing findings, and shaping the research agenda.

PhD in CS, ML, or related field, or equivalent industry research experience; Deep expertise in modern deep learning, including transformers and large-scale training; Strong PyTorch (or equivalent) skills; Track record of publications, open-source work, or shipped research projects; Excellent written communication, including paper-quality technical writing.
