1+ years in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant, or similar role, Strong project management and organisational skills, Hands-on with marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Asana, Trello), Excellent written communication and attention to detail, Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and deadlines, Bias for action and willingness to own the unglamorous details
