Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Provide accurate information and support across various service channels. Maintain a calm, patient, and solution-oriented approach. Escalate complex issues when appropriate. Follow all client protocols and compliance guidelines. Accurately document all customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution. Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and accuracy. Prior customer service or call center experience (preferred). Comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Desktop or laptop with 8GB–16GB RAM. Must have a Windows-based operating system- No Exceptions. Ethernet connection required (Wi-Fi not permitted). Compatible USB 3.0 Ethernet adapter (if needed). A dual monitor setup is required. Noise-canceling headset with a microphone. Dedicated, quiet workspace. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Schedule & Availability: 24/7 operation — flexible scheduling available.
