Our client, a Private Wealth Management firm with over $50 billion in AUM, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Branch Manager to support and lead their new Holmdel, NJ office. This role is ideal for a motivated financial services leader who thrives in an advisor-support environment and is passionate about helping financial professionals grow their practices. The Branch Manager will play a key role in supporting advisors, strengthening branch operations, and helping ensure the team has the tools, guidance, and structure needed to deliver an exceptional client experience. The platform emphasizes personalized service, strategic support, and access to a broad range of investment capabilities, and this role will help advisors leverage those resources effectively.

Active Series 7 + Series 24 (required), 5–10+ years in broker-dealer compliance or supervision, direct experience with private placements / Reg D, alternative investments / structured offerings, strong judgment—able to balance risk with business reality, comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial environment, prior OSJ or branch supervision experience preferred.
