Senior Marketing Manager – Pharma Flavours

Palomba General Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to support the development and positioning of pharma flavour solutions, including taste masking, flavour systems and functional ingredients for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications. This is a full-time position. Compensation, bonus structure and benefits will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience and profile. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, supporting product positioning and contributing to the growth of pharma flavour activities in international markets. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing marketing strategies for pharma flavour solutions, supporting product positioning, communication and market development, working closely with technical and commercial teams, contributing to the development of marketing materials and content, monitoring market trends and identifying growth opportunities, supporting strategic initiatives across international markets. Requirements: Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing roles within pharma flavours, pharmaceutical ingredients, nutraceutical or related sectors. Proven experience in similar marketing functions and product positioning. Understanding of taste masking, flavour systems or pharma-related applications is a strong advantage. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work in international and cross-functional environments. Fluency in Arabic is required; English and Italian are required.
