作为研发团队的数据工程师，您将帮助FreshBooks构建和演进高质量、受信任的数据资产，这些数据资产将驱动分析、业务决策和机器学习项目。您将专注于数据建模、转换和面向领域的数据架构，与产品、分析和机器学习团队紧密合作，确保数据结构良好、文档齐全且易于使用。您将参与构建可扩展、可靠的数据库，这些数据库为报告、实验和运营用例提供基础，同时接触批处理和事件驱动的数据。

具有2年以上数据工程、分析工程或相关领域的工作经验。有构建和维护数据模型和转换管道（例如dbt或类似工具）的经验。熟练的SQL技能和Python（或类似语言）的熟练程度。对数据建模概念（例如维度建模、规范化、数据仓库模式）有扎实的理解。有云数据仓库（例如BigQuery、Snowflake、Redshift）的工作经验。熟悉调度器如Airflow、GCC、Dagster、Prefect（或类似工具）。对流式/事件驱动系统（例如Pub/Sub、Kafka、Kinesis、Dataflow）有基本了解。对数据质量、测试和验证实践有基本理解。能够跨职能工作并清晰地与技术及非技术利益相关者沟通。
