Product Manager

Willow is a telehealth company focused on personalized, responsible cosmetic weight loss care. We combine medical expertise with a supportive, patient-centered approach to help people feel more confident and comfortable in their bodies. Our goal is to make high-quality care accessible, thoughtful, and designed to fit real lives. We’re looking for a Product Manager to own meaningful product areas within our’s platform and help drive outcomes across the patient lifecycle—from onboarding through ongoing care. This role is responsible for identifying the right problems to solve, shaping solutions with cross-functional partners, and ensuring shipped work drives measurable impact for patients and the business. You will work closely with Design, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Project Management to translate goals into product direction, guide prioritization, and evaluate success after launch. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and cares deeply about turning insight into impact.

3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related role. Experience owning product areas and shipping customer-facing features. Strong ability to reason through ambiguous problems and make clear tradeoffs. Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and non-technical partners. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
