Veritas Veterinary Partners seeks an experienced and results-driven Regional Operations Director to oversee the operational performance of a portfolio of multi-specialty Partner Hospitals with $50–$100MM in revenue across a defined region. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Regional Operations Director serves as the primary operational leader for assigned hospitals, providing direct support and accountability to Hospital Directors and, where applicable, Hospital Managers.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Veterinary Practice Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in a multi-site veterinary or healthcare leadership role. Minimum seven years of progressive leadership experience in veterinary medicine or multi-unit healthcare operations, with at least three years in a multi-site or regional director-level role. Demonstrated P&L ownership and financial management experience across multiple locations. Proven ability to lead, develop and hold accountable hospital or site-level directors and managers across a geographically distributed portfolio. Strong analytical skills with experience using financial reports, operational KPIs and performance data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels. Ability to travel 50% or more, including across multiple time zones.
