Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and drive the efficiency, scalability, and performance of our internal operations. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations while also developing long-term strategies to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support business growth.

Proven experience in operations management, business operations, or similar leadership role. Strong background in process improvement, systems building, and performance management. Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional operations. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Experience working in construction, insurance, real estate, or service-based industries is highly preferred. Proficiency in tools such as CRMs, project management systems (Asana, ClickUp, JobNimbus), and Google Workspace. Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
