Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience (internships, apprenticeships, bootcamps, open-source, or personal projects). Solid understanding of core computer science concepts (data structures, algorithms, software fundamentals). Experience with at least one programming language and version control (e.g., Git). Familiarity with modern development practices such as testing, build tools, and team workflows. Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and desire to grow as an engineer. Exposure to Agile or iterative development environments is a plus. Experience working in shared codebases through coursework or projects is a plus.

We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time. All time off must be approved by your manager prior to use. You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only.
