We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to support marketing activity across our EMEA business and wider international operations. This role is initially focused on providing maternity cover, ensuring continuity of marketing delivery across the region. The role also has the potential to evolve and support broader regional marketing objectives, working alongside the Partner Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing & Communications to drive growth, awareness, and engagement across priority markets. This is a broad generalist marketing role suited to an individual who is confident operating across multiple disciplines, regions, and stakeholder groups. The successful candidate will work across a multi-entity environment, supporting both direct and indirect (partner/channel-led) business models, and will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to deliver marketing programmes aligned to strategic business priorities. There will also be opportunities to work across the wider group where required. The UK Offices are based in Reading & Cardiff. We do not expect you to live close as the team is remote and live across the UK - with the marketing team being base in the North West. We will expect you to be happy to travel to these locations throughout the year and be on hand to support at certain industry events and partner workshops. Key Responsibilities: Regional Marketing Delivery Support the execution of marketing strategy across EMEA and the wider business where required Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned to regional sales objectives across both direct and partner-led routes to market Manage marketing activity across multiple markets, ensuring local relevance and consistency with global messaging Coordinate go-to-market initiatives across a multi-entity structure, ensuring alignment in positioning and execution Campaign & Programme Management Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across digital, events, content, and communications Manage timelines, budgets, and performance reporting for regional marketing initiatives Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing output Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Product and Operations to support pipeline growth and market expansion Translate commercial priorities into clear, actionable marketing plans Ensure alignment between regional execution and global brand strategy Partner & Stakeholder Engagement Work alongside the marketing team to support broader ecosystem engagement initiatives Support partner communications, enablement programmes, and joint marketing activity where required Build strong internal relationships to ensure marketing is seen as a strategic business function Performance & Optimisation Monitor campaign performance and provide clear reporting on marketing impact and ROI where possible Use data-driven insights to optimise activity and inform future planning Support continuous improvement of marketing processes, tools, and ways of working Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in a broad marketing role, ideally within technology, telecoms, SaaS, or channel-led environments Strong generalist marketing capability across campaigns, content, events, and communications Experience working across regions or international markets Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales and product teams Commercially focused with a strong understanding of marketing’s role in revenue growth Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with agencies and external partners Personal Attributes Proactive, self-directed, and highly organised Comfortable with working remotely for most of your time Collaborative and confident working across departments and senior stakeholders Strategic thinker with strong execution capability Adaptable and comfortable navigating change and evolving priorities Solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership What Success Looks Like Consistent delivery of high-impact regional marketing programmes Strong alignment between marketing activity and commercial objectives Positive engagement across both internal teams and external partners Measurable contribution towards brand visibility, campaign delivery and pipeline growth Smooth continuity during maternity cover with a view to be a successful long-term marketing team member Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
