Software Engineer (React.js, AI) in United States

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of critical systems that directly influence warehouse operations, fulfillment accuracy, and customer satisfaction. As a senior contributor, you will operate at the intersection of software development and operational impact, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions that enhance our platform’s performance and reliability. You will be responsible for writing high-quality production code, supporting live operations, and driving continuous improvements in a complex operational domain. 5 or more years of professional software development experience
Proven experience building and operating production systems with real-world operational impact
Web application development experience with ReactJS or similar frameworks
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, system design, and architecture trade-offs
Experience working through ambiguity and gathering feedback from non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools and evaluating generated output
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver under real-world constraints
Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
