我们正在寻找一名机器学习工程师，与机器学习架构师紧密合作，开发机器学习框架（TensorFlow、Scikit-Learn、Pytorch）、实验平台和工具。该职位的职责包括：开发大规模分布式机器学习系统，与跨职能团队合作部署/集成机器学习模型，与BU（业务单元）沟通其机器学习需求并管理跨BU的机器学习组合，优化特征提取、转换和选择，与管理特征存储以在机器学习管道中实现重用，确保机器学习平台的可扩展性、可靠性、成本效率和易用性，贡献评估和采用新技术和工具以增强机器学习能力。

5年以上机器学习工程师经验；熟悉监督学习、无监督学习、生存分析、时间序列建模和统计预测；能够使用行为数据构建预测模型；熟练使用TensorFlow、PyTorch或Scikit-Learn等机器学习框架；具有模型训练、版本控制和监控经验；具备MLOps实践经验：CI/CD、Docker、Kubernetes、Airflow、SageMaker、MLflow、模型可观测性工具和特征存储；具备业务导向思维：能够将模型结果与产品和战略目标联系起来。
