As a Product Manager at Howden, you will partner closely with business stakeholders to identify problems worth solving, define desired outcomes, and translate needs into a clear product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog. You will work together with Engineering Project Managers and development teams to plan and execute delivery, providing delivery oversight to ensure work stays aligned to scope, timelines, quality standards, and business value.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 5+ years of experience in product management in a complex, cross-functional environment. Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders to define problems, requirements, and success measures, and translate them into a prioritized backlog. Experience working with engineering teams and delivery leads/project managers to plan and execute delivery (including managing scope, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs). Experience partnering with business stakeholders to develop business cases and quantify value (benefits, costs, risks, and ROI) to inform prioritization and delivery decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status updates and decision memos. Experience writing epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria and supporting testing within an SDLC process. Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and product tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
