This is a genuinely new kind of role – not an engineer, not a prompt tinkerer, but an orchestrator of intelligent systems that execute real work. You'll design, connect, and manage networks of AI agents across our business functions, translating commercial priorities into automated pipelines that multiply team output and help us move faster. Location is flexible; what matters most is that you bring hands-on experience building and running agent workflows in a professional setting. If you are technically sharp, commercially minded, and excited by the idea of redesigning how work gets done, this role offers real ownership in a founder-led brand that moves at pace.
