Unit4 Prosoft is a specialized Human Resource Management System (HRMS) designed specifically for the complex regulatory landscape of the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. It functions as a single-source-of-truth platform, automating the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement.

Education: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or even Business/HR with a high interest in tech. Mindset: Extreme attention to detail (missing one cent in a payroll test is a big deal!). Tech Savvy: Familiarity with web browsers, mobile apps, and basic Microsoft Excel (for data comparison). Communication: Ability to explain a technical problem in simple, clear English. Bonus Points: If you’ve heard of SQL or have used it before, that’s a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
