4-7+年的产品管理经验， preferably in SaaS, hardware-enabled software, fintech, or mobile-heavy environments. Strong technical fluency — comfortable working with firmware, hardware integrations, APIs, and mobile engineering teams. Experience owning complex, multi-surface products with multiple user personas. Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, leadership, and external partners. Strong roadmap definition and prioritization skills in ambiguous, high-impact environments. Exceptional communication skills — able to clearly articulate product decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working in environments that require operational empathy (field teams, distributed operators, physical device ecosystems). Comfortable balancing long-term platform thinking with short-term execution needs.
