As Senior Manager, Order Management Program Operations, you will be the driving force behind translating Order Management strategy into coordinated, value-driven execution across complex transformation programs. You’ll serve as the integrative layer across strategy, delivery, analytics, quality planning, and change enablement—ensuring initiatives are delivered in alignment with the target operating model, measurable business outcomes, and enterprise readiness expectations. Your leadership will bring structure and clarity to multiple programs and workstreams, connecting business intent to operational impact and safeguarding value realization. This role is pivotal in strengthening program discipline and ensuring transformation efforts translate into sustained operational improvement across Deckers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field or equivalent experience (MBA or equivalent preferred)
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent program/project management certification; relevant change management and agile/product management certifications
10+ years of experience in program operations, business operations, transformation, or enterprise delivery roles
Proven success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives spanning business and technology environments
Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into structured, executable plans
Strong grasp of hybrid delivery methodologies (agile, waterfall, product-centric approaches) and adaptability to evolving needs
Experience aligning cross-functional teams around shared outcomes without direct authority
Strong systems thinking and ability to identify interdependencies across work streams
Experience navigating matrix organizations and influencing senior stakeholders
Proactive risk identification related to adoption, quality, and value realization
Strong executive communication and facilitation capabilities
Strategic and integrative thinking, value-oriented decision making, structured problem solving, and clear, persuasive communication
