Connect Social is a 20-person performance advertising agency running campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Spotify for a roster of major brands in conservative media, direct response, and financial services. We move fast, ship daily, and measure everything.
About the Role
We're hiring a Social Media Manager to own and grow our clients' social presence end-to-end. You'll build a world-class, scalable social engine across our client roster and become one of the few hands-on operators directly responsible for growing audiences in the most competitive and sought-after verticals on the internet.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to manage real budgets, real client relationships, and real growth numbers, not just post on a schedule.
What You'll Do
Plan, post, and schedule daily across multiple client accounts (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook)
Brief creators and editors, review cuts, and approve final content
Own community and DM management on client pages
Run weekly performance reviews and adjust strategy based on data
Build 30-60 day content calendars per client
Spot trends and translate them into on-brand content fast
Coordinate with media buyers so organic and paid move in sync
Report growth and performance to clients and the exec team
Manage the tooling stack (scheduling, analytics, social listening)
What You Bring
Proven track record building and growing personal, brand, or client accounts to real audience size
Strong, up-to-date instincts across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Facebook
Skilled at writing hooks, captions, and CTAs that actually perform
Comfortable juggling multiple clients without dropping balls
Ability to read analytics and turn insight into action quickly
Systems-minded approach: briefs, calendars, and approvals built for scale
Deep understanding of authenticity and how to develop it on social
3+ years of experience managing social media for yourself, brands, or as part of an agency
Nice to Have
Experience with media, publisher, or creator-led brands
Background working alongside paid media teams
Hands-on creator coordination and UGC sourcing experience
