Quality Engineer, AI-Native at Libra Solutions plays a pivotal role within our quality engineering team. This position involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks across API, UI, and integration layers within our AI-native delivery environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on automation expertise and a deep understanding of modern testing practices, operating effectively as the quality safeguard in an environment where AI agents contribute to code and test generation at scale. As a core contributor, you will collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and AI tools to ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets our rigorous standards. Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive automated test suites, evaluating AI-generated tests, and integrating testing processes into our CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous quality assurance.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of hands-on experience in test automation, developing code-based test suites
Proficiency in Playwright and TypeScript for UI and end-to-end testing
Experience writing automated API tests using TypeScript HTTP clients or C# / xUnit / NUnit
Ability to read and understand C# / .NET code to validate system behavior
Working knowledge of SQL Server or Azure SQL for data validation within automated tests
Experience integrating automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines as quality gates
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT for test scaffolding and defect analysis
Understanding of the QE role within an agentic delivery model, emphasizing validation depth and critical evaluation of AI-generated tests
Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting capabilities
Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and technically precise mindset
