As a Senior QA Engineer, you will own the end-to-end test strategy and planning to ensure the highest quality standards across complex software products. You will act as a strategic quality advisor, balancing technical leadership with hands-on execution to mitigate risks and streamline the release process.

What You'll Do: Design and govern comprehensive, multi-layer test strategies covering UI, API, and performance testing. Lead the identification and assessment of product risks to prioritize testing efforts on critical business functionalities. Oversee the defect lifecycle, ensuring rigorous tracking, communication, and resolution of quality issues. Collaborate with engineering leads and product managers to align quality goals with project roadmaps and delivery timelines. Define and refine QA processes and standards to improve team velocity and software reliability. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of quality excellence across the organization.
